Game reward offers on iPhone: check compatibility and tracking
An offer shown for Android does not automatically apply to iPhone. Choose an activity that explicitly supports your iOS device and read its tracking and installation requirements before you begin.

Every milestone starts with a plan
Review the iOS offer itself. Choose activities whose device, privacy and installation requirements suit you.
iPhone checks before the first milestone
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| iPhone support | An Android or iPad listing may have different terms. |
| Prior use on Apple devices | A new device is not necessarily a first-time user. |
| Tracking instructions | Device permission and provider attribution are separate requirements. |
| Same-device completion | Cloud progress does not automatically preserve the offer’s device context. |
Confirm the iOS version of the offer
Read the supported device, App Store destination and region. An offer for iPhone may differ from one for iPad or Android. Compare the specific milestone wording rather than a screenshot from another platform.
Make an informed tracking choice
Some activities require tracking permission to associate your progress with the original referral. Read the current provider instructions and device prompts. You can decline and skip the offer; permission by itself is not a promise of credit.
Preserve the installation and milestone record
Check previous-install restrictions before downloading. Keep the offer reference and permitted screenshots of the target milestone. Do not move an in-progress offer to another Apple device unless the written terms allow it.
Know where iPhone tracking controls live
Apple documents app tracking controls under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. That area shows apps that have requested tracking permission and lets you review your choices. Read the current Apple instructions rather than following an outdated screenshot from another device.
A permission choice and an eligible game installation are separate checks. Granting permission later does not establish that an earlier event will be attributed, and an offer may still require a first-time installation, a particular device or a completed milestone.
A worked iPhone installation decision
Imagine an offer supports iPhone but you already played the game on an iPad. Read its previous-install and prior-account rules before starting. A different Apple device does not automatically make you a new game user. Ask the provider if the rule is unclear.
If you have not used the game and the offer supports your device, follow the original installation link. Keep its reference and the allowed milestone evidence. Do not restart on iPad midway merely because the game shares cloud progress. This is an eligibility example, not a claim that every offer uses the same device rules.
When a privacy requirement does not suit you
You can decide not to begin an activity whose tracking requirements you do not want to meet. A large advertised reward is not a reason to accept instructions you do not understand. Apple’s documentation explains the device control; the offer provider explains its attribution requirement.
If an expected permission prompt or provider status is missing, read those current instructions and ask for clarification. Avoid repeatedly reinstalling the game or changing device settings in the hope of recreating a past event.
Common questions
Where do I review iPhone tracking permission?
Apple’s current guide uses Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Use the linked Apple instructions for the controls on your device.
Does iCloud game progress preserve reward eligibility?
Shared progress does not prove that another device is eligible for the offer. Follow its device and previous-use rules.
Does enabling permission later recover a missed credit?
Do not assume it does. Ask the provider whether the original activity was tracked and what evidence it can validate.
