A reward request is pending: follow the right record
Once you request a reward, track that request separately from the activity that earned your CB. The record and selected product explain what to check next.

| Record you see | Question to answer | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Activity still pending | Has the activity confirmed? | Use the offer or survey support route |
| Reward request pending | Is it within its stated processing period? | Follow the original request instructions |
| Request shows an error | What exact message is displayed? | Report the reference and message |
| Fulfilled reward cannot be used | Does the issued product match the intended use? | Review redemption and issuer guidance |
Find the original request before trying again
Open your reward or transaction history and identify the selected product, request date and reference. Read the displayed status and any associated message. A pending request is not the same as a missing game milestone or an unconfirmed survey.
Avoid submitting another request simply to see whether it moves faster. Two transactions can consume different balances and create separate records without resolving the original question.
Use the estimate attached to your product
Processing depends on the reward, provider availability and any account review. Compare elapsed time with the instructions shown when you requested that product. This public guide does not establish a universal delivery deadline or promise instant fulfillment.
If an action is explicitly required in your secure account flow, review it there. Do not rely on an unsolicited message that asks you to pay a release fee or disclose a verification code.
Distinguish a delivery message from the reward itself
If the product uses email delivery, check the address associated with the request and its relevant inbox folders. Follow only the official fulfillment instructions for that product. An account notification can report a status without itself containing a usable code.
If delivery appears complete but the product cannot be used, keep the request reference and inspect its redemption instructions. That becomes a fulfillment or usage question rather than evidence that the original activity did not credit.
Send one specific request for investigation
When an error appears or the stated processing period has passed, describe the product, date, reference and exact status in one Help Center ticket. Include a redacted screenshot only when it adds information. Keep codes and recipient details out of ordinary attachments.
Continue the discussion in that ticket if Support asks for more information. A status check explains the transaction; it does not authorize a second redemption, a purchase or an account change.
A confirmation record is not another request
Illustrative example: your game credit is confirmed and a later gift-card request is still processing. You keep the gift-card request reference and check its own instructions. Repeating the game or requesting the same reward again would create unrelated activity instead of explaining that processing record.
A question worth answering.
Can this guide tell me the exact delivery time?
No. Use the estimate and status attached to the selected product and your actual request. Support can investigate a specific error or an overdue record.
